 Regulations:
1. Your referral must ask specifically for your Salesperson by name and tell him/her that you sent them in BEFORE the sales process begins.
This can be done in a few different ways: · Email your Salesperson and give them the name and phone number of your referral. · Call your Salesperson to let them know that your referral is on their way to the dealership. · Have your referral ask for your Salesperson and mention your name immediately. 2. Previous customers and other members of the Friends & Family Rewards Program cannot be used as referrals.
3. If your Salesperson is unavailable, your referral must speak with the Sales Manager and mention that you sent them in.
